Welcome Yogis

In 2017, Mya Saldivar turned a dream into reality with the founding of Suvita Hot Yoga. After moving from California to Utah, she yearned to create a space that was more than just a place to practice yoga. This space radiated warmth, inclusivity, and genuine connection. Inspired by years of personal practice and studio visits across the state, Mya noticed a void: Utah lacked a hot yoga studio that led with compassion, authenticity, and heart.

Suvita originally began as a Sumits Hot Yoga franchise, but it didn’t take long for Mya to realize that her vision extended beyond the boundaries of a franchise model. She wanted more than just classes; she wanted transformation. And so, in January 2017, Suvita Hot Yoga was born.

The name Suvita means “a good path,” and that’s exactly what Mya set out to offer: a path of healing, strength, and self-discovery. At Suvita, the heat isn’t just a physical challenge; it’s a tool for transformation. It burns away the noise, sharpens your focus, and awakens something deeper within. Every drop of sweat is part of a powerful inner journey. In the hot room, we face ourselves—and emerge stronger, softer, and more whole.

Suvita is more than a studio. It’s a sanctuary. A place where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, religion, gender, identity, or background. Here, you’re not expected to be anything other than exactly who you are. Your yoga doesn’t care how you show up—it just asks that you do. And when you do, you’ll find a supportive, uplifting community waiting to greet you with open arms.
