How to Sign Up for Class
All class registrations are managed through MindBody. If you're new to MindBody, click here to create an account and complete our digital waiver. Once your account is set up, you'll be able to reserve your spot in class.
Please Note:
Class sizes are limited—pre-registration is required.
We have a 4-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before class are subject to a fee.
What to Bring
To get the most out of your hot yoga experience, we recommend bringing the following:
Yoga Mat – Your foundation for practice.
Water Bottle – Stay hydrated!
Full-Sized Towel – Something large enough to cover your mat (a beach towel works great).
Optional: Small Towel – For wiping your face or hands during class.
Don’t have something? No worries—mats, towels, and water are available for rent or purchase at the studio!
Is It Hot… Like Really Hot?
Yes, it’s right there in the name! Our studio is heated, and yes, it’s intense at first, but manageable.
Remember, your body needs time to adjust to a new environment. Please give it a few classes, stay hydrated, and listen to your body. You’ll be amazed at how quickly your strength, stamina, and tolerance build.
You’ve got this. We believe in you.
How Early Should I Arrive
Our doors open 30 minutes before class. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled class time to check in, get settled, and prepare for your practice.
You’ll notice Suvita dots on the floor; these help ensure proper spacing in the hot room. Please keep your mat aligned with a dot and avoid moving it.
Late Policy: For your safety and the flow of the class, we do not allow entry once the class has begun. Late arrivals may be subject to a late cancellation or no-show fee.
We appreciate your mindfulness and your punctuality!
Never Done Yoga Before? You’re in the Right Place
Welcome! We’re so excited you’re here. At Suvita, we know stepping into a yoga studio for the first time can feel intimidating, but we promise, that’s not our vibe. Our experienced front desk and teaching team are here to make you feel supported, seen, and completely at ease.
The style we practice is accessible to all levels of expertise. While the postures aren’t overly advanced, you’ll still find yourself challenged, empowered, and inspired.
P.S. We love to flow to modern, upbeat music, so don’t be surprised if your playlist feels more like a dance party than a spa day.
Just show up as you are. We’ll take care of the rest.
How to Prepare for Class
A little preparation goes a long way in making your hot yoga experience unforgettable!
Eat Light – Arrive on an empty(ish) stomach. We recommend eating a small, balanced meal at least 2 hours before class to give your body time to digest and avoid feeling lightheaded.
Hydrate Well – Start drinking water well before class. Coming in hydrated will help your body handle the heat and support your performance.
Come nourished, hydrated, and ready to sweat—we’ve got the rest covered!
