In this 90-minute, unheated workshop you will work with teachers on the foundations of the static poses in the Signature and Traditional Hot Sequence classes. Learn modifications to maximize the benefits of your postures and where to push to find your personal edge safely and minimize injury. This is a very beneficial workshop for students who are new to yoga or new to Suvita because you will be able to start good habits for a strong, safe, lifelong practice. It is also great for dedicated students to remember your basics and to learn additional layers to advance your practice. Class size is limited to allow one on one, hands on instruction.
