Sacred Solstice - 108 Sun Salutations
Join in the challenging, yet rewarding ritual of doing 108 Sun Salutations on Solstice. Practicing 108 sun salutations invokes the power of the sun as the season changes. You also celebrate connection to the earth as you flow rhythmically to the sound of your own inhales and exhales. This practice is reserved for the change of the seasons: Winter & Summer Solstice and Spring & Fall Equinox. This is an unheated yet energetic practice.
Glow Flow
Ring in the New Year with a Vinyasa Free Flow Class with a twist! Wear white or glow in the dark clothes and come bedazzled with glow sticks. High energy music and black lights make this challenging practice feel like a party.

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY.
Unheated sound meditation. Dress comfortably and bring pillows, bolsters and supports so you are able to slip into complete comfort and ease.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. It’s usually practiced lying down in an unheated room with a facilitator guiding the session. This practice draws your attention inwards where you learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep in a natural state of equilibrium. Unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and you fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness.
As you rest here you find a feeling interconnected wholeness and become aware of your true, unified nature – expansive, inclusive, and deeply restful.
Yoga Nidra takes you effortlessly into a state of harmonious, restful being. From here, you can be healed, restored and awakened to you deepest, all-knowing, all-welcoming self.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the session starts to allow time for set up. Bring bolsters, pillows, and any other props you will need to make your body as comfortable as possible.

Join us for our Hot Flow 60 minute practice with extra heat, extra humidity and a dirty unedited playlist to keep you going. Bring an extra towel, leave your ego at home. This practice will challenge you in a way like never before. Not recommended for students new to Suvita.
Healthy Posture Clinic
In this 90-minute, unheated workshop you will work with teachers on the foundations of the static poses in the Signature and Traditional Hot Sequence classes. Learn modifications to maximize the benefits of your postures and where to push to find your personal edge safely and minimize injury. This is a very beneficial workshop for students who are new to yoga or new to Suvita because you will be able to start good habits for a strong, safe, lifelong practice. It is also great for dedicated students to remember your basics and to learn additional layers to advance your practice. Class size is limited to allow one on one, hands on instruction.

Mindfulness BINGO
The purpose of this game is to push you out of your comfort zone & inspire you to try something NEW.
For each BINGO you complete, see the front desk staff to enter your name into the prize drawing.
When you have a BLACKOUT, you will be entered into a separate drawing for the grand prize.
All entries must be turned in by October 1st. The winners will be announced on October 6th.
